Grade A+
Excellent overall condition. The possibility of only the slightest cosmetic scuffs or marks due to normal use but these will be barely noticeable and this will be a great example for a machine of
No dents/indentations
No scratches exposing bare metal
No cracked plastics or missing cosmetic items
Some cosmetic restore paint may be used but this will not be visible
Grade A
Good overall condition. The unit may have fine scratches and scuffs which you would expect with wear and tear. Slightly larger scratches will be corrected with restore paint.
Possibility of 1 small dent/indentation less than 1cm but not on the same panel/side
No scratches exposing bare metal
No cracked plastics or missing cosmetic items
Some cosmetic restore paint may be used and this may be visible
Grade B
Well-used condition with cosmetic imperfections. The system will be in fully functional condition but is likely to have noticeable cosmetic defects which includes dints, scratches, chips and other imperfections.
Possibility of dents/indentations bigger than 1cm in diameter
May have scratches exposing bare metal
Possibility of cracked plastics or missing cosmetic items but do not affect the functionality of the machine
Some cosmetic restore paint may be used and this may be visible
Badges or logos may be missing. Possibility of minor cosmetic damage to fascia or bezel
Laptops & Notebooks
Grade A+
Excellent overall condition. The possibility of only the slightest cosmetic scuffs or marks due to normal use but these will be barely noticeable and this will be a great example for a laptop of its age.

No cracked plastics or missing cosmetic items
Keyboard and trackpad will have no shine
Some cosmetic restore paint may be used but this will not be visible
No dead pixels, dark patches or pressure marks on the screen

Good overall condition. The laptop may have fine scratches and scuffs which you would expect from fair wear and tear. There may be slightly larger scratches corrected with restore paint or the laptop may have a vinyl skin covering.
Possibility of minor dents/indentations but these will be barely noticeable
No deep scratches but there may be minor hairline marks on the chassis casing
No cracked plastics or missing cosmetic items
Possibility of very slight wear marks on the trackpad and keyboard
Screen will have no pressure marks, dead pixels or dark patches
Some cosmetic restore paint may be used which is visible/noticeable
Possible minor cosmetic damage to cooling vents

The lid closing latch may be broken or missing
May have shiny keys or trackpad and clear signs of keyboard use
