Return Policy

Products deemed DOA or as faulty must be returned within 7 days. The replacement or a refund will depend on the assessment of the unit in question. Warranties carried directly with IntaStella will have to be assessed by an appointed technician to confirm the nature of the fault in order to resolve the issue.

Warranties carried out directly by the manufacturer must be resolved directly with the manufacturer who carries the warranty.
